Dividend PolicyDividend payment policy of the Company (1) The Company`s Board of Directors may propose annual dividends from net profit, subject to approval of our shareholders meetings. Board of Directors may decide to pay to the shareholders such interim dividends as appear to the Directors to be justified by our profits and other considerations. Distribution of interim dividend must be reported to the shareholders at the next meeting of shareholders following the meeting of our Board of Directors that approved the interim dividend. 2) The Company has a policy to pay dividends at the rate of not less than 40% of our net profits based on our separate financial statements after deducting corporate income tax and any reserve funds as required by law and as determined by us in each year. (3) The Company`s Board of Directors will consider dividend payments considering various factors for the benefit of shareholders. These factors include economic conditions, Company`s performance and financial position, cash flow, reserves for future investments, reserves for loan repayment, or internal working capital. The conditions and limitations specified in the loan agreements will also be taken into. (4) The dividend payments must not have a significant impact on the comapany`s operations or must be in accordance with the considerations deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors.
