Chularat Hospital Public Company Limited (“the Company”) operates a private hospital business and was established in 1986. The Company has a registered capital of Baht 1,100 million and operates through 14 subsidiaries, with a total of 15 hospitals, medical facilities, and clinics within the group.The Company’s service network primarily covers areas around Suvarnabhumi Airport in eastern Bangkok and Samut Prakan, and extends to the eastern provinces including Chachoengsao, Prachin Buri, Chon Buri, Rayong, and Tak.The total bed capacity across all hospitals is 938 beds.
The Company has a dividend policy to pay shareholders at least 30% of net profit after tax, after deducting statutory reserves as required by the Company’s regulations and applicable laws. However, dividend payments may vary depending on cash flow, investment plans, contractual conditions and obligations, legal constraints, and other relevant factors in the future.
