Dividend PolicyThe Company has a policy to pay dividends to shareholders at a rate of not less than 30 percent of the net profit from the Company`s separate financial statements after deduction of corporate income tax and other applicable taxes, and after the deduction of all types of reserves as required by law and as specified in the Company`s Articles of Association. The dividend payment will depend on the Company`s financial position, investment plans, and future business expansion, as well as other relevant factors and the overall economic environment, including the Company`s liquidity and funding requirements, as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors and subject to shareholders` approval. The Board of Directors may from time to time pay interim dividends if it considers that the Company has sufficient profits to do so, and such payment shall be reported to the next shareholders` meeting for acknowledgment.
