• 1.4 “Affiliate” refers to our group of companies under the name “efin group”, or other companies related to us through shareholder structure, management, or joint business operations.

• 1.5 “Terms Of Service” refers to the terms, conditions, rules, or policies of Online Asset Co., Ltd. established to govern the services provided via the efin.FINANCE platform.

For the sake of clarity and mutual understanding, we would like to inform you that :
